POJEMNOŚĆ: 90 kaps.

ZASTOSOWANIE:

Inozytol to substancja naturalnie występująca w owocach (szczególnie w cytrusach) i wielu produktach bogatych w błonnik, takich jak fasola, brązowy ryż, kukurydza, nasiona sezamu i otręby pszenne. 

Inozytol nazywany jest także witaminą B8, choć tak naprawdę nie jest witaminą. To rodzaj cukru, który wpływa na odpowiedź insulinową oraz kilka hormonów związanych z nastrojem i funkcjami poznawczymi.

ZALECANA PORCJA DO SPOŻYCIA:

2 kapsułki 2 razy dziennie.
