Mieszanka ziołowa została zaproponowana przez Zajcewą Jelenę Fiodorowną. Ta krymska zielarka uważała, że stosowanie naparów i odwarów z tych ziół jest receptą na długowieczność.

ZALECANA PORCJA DO SPOŻYCIA:

1 łyżkę zalać 500 ml wody, gotować 10-15 minut. Pozostawić do ostygnięcia. Pić 3-4 razy dziennie po połowie szklanki.
